4. Generated Designs & Ownership

Free Users
Free-tier Designs come with basic personal-use rights. You may view, save, and use them for personal inspiration.
However:

• You do not receive full ownership or commercial rights

• Free Designs may be publicly displayed in galleries, showcases, or AI-training datasets

• We may use Free Designs for platform improvement and promotional purposes
  Upgrade to prevent public display.

Premium Users
Premium users receive full ownership rights to all Designs generated after upgrading. This includes the right to download, use, modify, and share the artwork freely for personal or non-commercial purposes.
Premium Designs remain fully private unless you choose to share them.

Our License to Operate the Service
By using the platform, you grant us permission to store and process your Designs as needed to operate the service.
For free users, this includes public display; for premium users, Designs remain private.

5. Payments
Paid features require payment through our secure processor. All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
We may update pricing or features, but changes do not affect previous purchases.

6. Content Restrictions
You may not use the Services to create:

• Illegal content

• Explicit or harmful material involving minors

• Hateful, violent, or extremist content

• Intellectual property violations
  We may block or remove content that violates these restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property
All platform technology, branding, interfaces, and content (excluding Designs you create) are owned by Tatted.ai or our licensors. You may not copy, recreate, or distribute them without permission.

8. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated Designs. You are solely responsible for how you use them.
We do not provide professional tattoo advice. Always consult a licensed tattoo artist before proceeding with permanent body art.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, income, or opportunity

• Issues arising from the use or interpretation of Designs
  Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid, if any.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tatted.ai harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services

• Your Designs

• Your violation of these Terms

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Zurich, Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Zurich courts.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
